The record
This is 100 percent true: Thanos Labs and our clients have never been hacked. Not our domain, not our AI agents, not a single client system under our watch.
That record is not luck. It is the product of how we built the business, and we want you to see exactly how it works.
How our cybersecurity AI agent works
Our business model is simple: one autonomous AI agent watches your DNS, SSL certificates, email setup, and hosting infrastructure around the clock, for a small monthly fee. It interprets what the scanners find, separates real threats from noise, and sends you an alert with a recommended fix.
The AI agent never acts alone on anything consequential. A human approves every fix before anything changes. That is not a slogan, it is the architecture.
The gate every change passes through
We built a gate into the workflow, and nothing gets past it. Every finding is reported with its severity and an owner. Critical and high findings block a release until resolved. Nothing is ever auto-applied or auto-fixed. Every fix goes through preview, a written changelog, your approval, then publish. In that order, every time.
Credentials go through their own gate. When we need access, everything travels via a secure link. You enter your credentials there, and they go straight into secure storage. We never see your passwords, and we never store them where our team can read them.
We go above and beyond
We go above and beyond to protect our AI agents. And if we can't protect our own domain, how are we going to protect theirs?
Here is what that looks like in practice, without giving away our secret sauce:
- Authorization first: our initial scans are passive and external only. We never touch your systems without your written consent.
- Least privilege: we take only the permissions the work needs, nothing more.
- Your data stays isolated to your tenant, with defined retention periods and an audit log you can inspect.
- Nothing is ever auto-applied. Every change needs a human approval.
- Credentials travel through secure links. We never see or store your passwords.
- Critical findings carry a one-hour escalation target.
