The Role

You'll architect & build autonomous AI agents & multi-agent systems that do real work for real businesses. This is not chatbot work, our AI agents design websites, audit accessibility, hunt security issues, & optimize for AI search engines, all with human approval gates on meaningful changes.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, & deploy autonomous AI agents using modern agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent)
  • Implement tool/function calling, planning, memory, & multi-step reasoning workflows
  • Build multi-agent orchestration: AI agents that collaborate, delegate, & escalate to humans
  • Design human-in-the-loop approval flows for high-stakes AI agent actions
  • Evaluate AI agent reliability, build test harnesses, & harden against failure modes (loops, hallucinations, runaway tool use)
  • Ship AI agents into our production platform (Thanos Core) serving real clients

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of software development experience, with hands-on agentic AI builds (professional or serious personal projects)
  • Deep familiarity with at least one AI agent framework & the underlying patterns (ReAct, planning, tool use, memory)
  • Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
  • Experience with LLM APIs & prompt engineering for agentic behavior
  • A reliability mindset: you think about what happens when AI agents go wrong
  • Bonus: contributions to open-source AI agent frameworks, or published AI agent work

The Role

You'll design, build, & ship AI-powered features across our platform: LLM-driven content generation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent automation, & integrations with third-party APIs. You'll work directly with product & engineering to take AI capabilities from prototype to production.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & maintain LLM-powered features using modern APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models)
  • Design & implement RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, & evaluation
  • Write clean, tested production code in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Integrate AI features into our web platform (GitHub → Cloudflare Pages stack, Supabase backends)
  • Evaluate model output quality & build guardrails for reliability & safety
  • Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions & code reviews

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of software development experience, with 1+ years building LLM-powered applications
  • Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, & RAG architectures
  • Familiarity with vector databases & embedding models
  • Experience shipping production software in a team environment
  • Bonus: experience with accessibility standards, AEO/SEO, or security tooling

The Role

You're the human in our human-in-the-loop. Our AI agents draft website content, flag accessibility issues, surface security findings, & optimize for AI search, & every meaningful output passes through you before it reaches a client. You'll review AI agent output for accuracy, tone, & quality, correct what's wrong, polish what's right, & send it back better than the AI Agent left it. This is freelance contract work, ideal for an editor, QA specialist, or accessibility-minded reviewer who wants flexible hours on real AI production work.

What You’ll Do

  • Review AI-generated website copy, audit findings, & reports for accuracy, clarity, & brand tone
  • Correct errors, tighten language, & polish AI agent output to client-ready quality
  • Verify accessibility fixes against WCAG 2.2 AA criteria & flag anything the AI Agent missed
  • Check facts, links, & claims in AI agent output before client delivery
  • Follow our review checklists & style rules, & suggest improvements to the checklists themselves
  • Escalate anything ambiguous or high-stakes instead of guessing

What You Bring

  • Exceptional written English: grammar, clarity, & tone (this is the core skill)
  • A sharp eye for detail, you catch what automated checks miss
  • Familiarity with web content, SEO basics, or accessibility (WCAG), or the ability to learn fast
  • Comfortable working asynchronously & hitting turnaround times
  • Bonus: experience editing AI-generated content, QA work, or accessibility auditing
