Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

ThanosLab.com keeps a human in the loop for everything that matters, and your privacy is no exception. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the safeguards we apply, including the privacy-by-design principles you can read about on our values page

What we collect

When you submit a contact inquiry, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, website address, & the message describing your workflow challenges. When you run a score check, we collect the website address you enter so we can perform the scan. We do not collect payment details through this website, & we do not sell your personal information.

Like most websites, we also receive standard technical information from your visit, such as your browser type & the pages you view. We use this only to keep the site secure & understand how it is used.

We also receive aggregated analytics data about site usage (pages viewed & approximate location derived from IP address) via Google Analytics 4. Analytics data is never used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, recommend the right Thanos AI agents & plan, & provide the services you ask about. Each submitted inquiry is stored securely in our project database & reviewed by a member of our team.

To help us respond efficiently, submitted inquiries may be classified by an AI model that categorizes service interest & urgency. This classification is always paired with human oversight: no automated decision about you is final without a human reviewing it.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address so we can send you our latest articles. We use double opt-in: you receive a confirm email first, & nothing is sent until you click the confirm link. You can unsubscribe at any time from any newsletter email, & we never share your address with anyone else.

Storage & security

Inquiry data is stored in a managed cloud database protected by row-level access controls, so records are only reachable by authorized team members. We apply the same WCAG-informed care to how we handle data as we do to how we build the site: deliberately, & with oversight.

We retain inquiry data for as long as it takes to serve you & to meet any legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete or correct your information at any time.

Third-party services

To run this website we rely on a small number of trusted service providers: our hosting & cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare), the AI models that assist with inquiry classification, & the communication & CRM tools that help us serve you. These providers process data only on our instructions & only for the purposes described here.

We never share your information for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies & local storage. Strictly necessary items keep the site working (for example, remembering you if you sign in). We also use analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga) & sends usage data to Google; you can learn more in Google's privacy policy. Analytics data is never used to identify you personally.

Advertising measurement

We advertise Thanos Labs on other platforms, & we measure whether those ads work. To do that, this website loads advertising measurement tags from Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & LinkedIn, delivered through Google Tag Manager. These tags notice when someone who saw or clicked one of our ads visits this site or submits our contact form, so we can count results, avoid showing ads to people who already contacted us, & show relevant ads to people who read our articles.

Each platform receives the pages you visit on this site and, when you submit a form, the fact that a submission happened. We do not send these platforms the contents of your message. Each platform handles the data it receives under its own privacy policy: Meta & LinkedIn respectively.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from these platforms in their own settings (Meta ad preferences & LinkedIn advertising settings), through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use this website or contact us.

Your rights & choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, & to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the contact form & we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page & revise the date below. The date on this page always reflects the most recent version.

Questions about anything above? Tell us about your site and a member of our team will get back to you.
