Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of ThanosLab.com and explain how our AI agent services work. We keep them plain and honest, in the same spirit as our values and our privacy policy
Using this website
ThanosLab.com is operated by Thanos Labs, a company based in Texas, USA. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You agree to use this website lawfully & not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it.
Our services
Thanos Core provides autonomous AI agent services covering content, web accessibility, cybersecurity, & answer engine optimization (AEO), supported by human oversight. Plans are described on our pricing page; specific deliverables, timelines, & fees are confirmed in the agreement you sign with us before work begins.
Nothing on this website forms a binding service contract. A service relationship begins only when both parties agree to it in writing.
Billing & cancellation
Plan pricing is described on our pricing page. The Starter plan may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
Human oversight & AI
Our AI agents are autonomous in their monitoring & drafting, but we have not given our AI agents full autonomy: meaningful changes are reviewed & approved by a human before anything goes live on your site.
AI-assisted features, including the classification of incoming inquiries, support our team; they do not replace human judgment, & no automated output constitutes professional, legal, or compliance advice.
No guarantees
We work to stated checklists & recognized standards, including WCAG 2.2 AA criteria for accessibility & published best practices for AEO, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, search placement, conversion outcomes, or that third-party platforms will behave a certain way. Statements on this website describe our approach, not promised results.
Intellectual property
The Thanos Core name, the ThanosLab.com website, & all content on it, including text, page copy, case studies, graphics, pricing, & the arrangement of the site, are owned by Thanos Labs & protected by copyright & other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your website, content, & data; you grant us a limited license to work on them solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract any part of this website or its content without our prior written consent. You may not create derivative works based on our content, & you may not use our content to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or AI model without our prior written consent.
Automated access is limited to search engines & AI crawlers that index publicly available web pages for search & discovery purposes; any other automated scraping, bulk downloading, or off-site copying of our content is a willful violation of these terms & of our copyright. If you would like to quote or reuse our content, just ask. We routinely grant permission for fair attribution with a link back to the original page.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or derivative use of our content constitutes copyright infringement. We reserve all rights & remedies available under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) & applicable law, including takedown requests & claims for statutory damages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thanos Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below always reflects the most recent version, & continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
